In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Farneti, J.), dated June 26, 2012, which denied its motion pursuant to CELR 3211 (a) (5) to dismiss the complaint as time-barred.

*651Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
