MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BUCKLO, District Judge.
This case is a companion to No. 06 C 1551, concerning an incident involving Wayne Pesek at the Golden Steer Restaurant in Forest Park, Illinois. Plaintiff Elba Garagher was a bartender at the restaurant who alleges that she attempted to intervene and stop the fight. In the process, she says she was restrained and struck by certain individuals now listed as defendants. Ms. Garagher has filed claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Illinois law against the City of Berwyn, along with a number of individual defendants. The individual defendants, along…
