The petitioner, Jerome Parham, appeals following the denial by the habeas court of his petition for certification to appeal from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He claims that the habeas court improperly failed (1) to grant certification for appeal, (2) to find that the trial court did not properly follow the plea agreement and (3) to find that trial counsel was ineffective. We dismiss the appeal.
