BRATTON, Circuit Judge.
Central Railroad Company of New Jersey is in process of reorganization under Section 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 205. The reorganization proceeding is pending in the United States Court for New Jersey. Order of Railway Conductors of America, hereinafter called O.R.C., is the accredited representative under the Railway Labor Act, as amended, 45 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., of road conductors in the service of the company.
