Appellee, Jeremy Paul Collins, pleaded guilty to possession of more than four, but less than two hundred, grams of methamphetamine, a second-degree felony. Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.115(d). Pursuant to a plea agreement accepted by the court, Appellee was sentenced to five years’ confinement with 34 days of pre-sentence jail-time (“back-time”).
