BARROW, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order sustaining a plea of privilege in a suit seeking a permanent change in the custody of minor children.

Appellant, Byron D. Czichos, and appel-lee, Joyce Ann Meserve, were divorced in Bexar County, Texas, in 1965, and appellee was awarded the custody of their two minor children, subject to appellant’s right of reasonable visitation and to have the children visit with him for one month during the summer.
