RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

After a two-day trial by jury, Leslie J. Webster was found guilty of aiding and abetting the fraudulent concealment of a debtor’s property from a bankruptcy trustee in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 152(1) and 2(a). On appeal Mr. Webster raises issues concerning the indictment, the bill of particulars, the trial court’s evidentiary rulings, the sufficiency of the evidence and certain enhancements to his sentence.
