This is an appeal by the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Brotherhood of Firemen, and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, appellants, hereinafter referred to as the Brotherhoods, and by the Public Service Commission of the State of North Dakota, from a judgment of the district court of Rolette County, in favor of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Saulte Ste.
