T1 Naney Lazelle (Plaintiff) appeals the trial court's order finding that the will executed by Leon Crabtree (Decedent) in Ari zona on July 19, 2004, is valid in all respects. Based on a review of the record and applicable law, we affirm the decision of the trial court.

BACKGROUND

2 On May 9, 2006, Decedent died leaving five brothers and sisters. He left neither a surviving spouse nor children. In 2003, Decedent resided in Osage County, owning land, his home and other personal property. In May 2008, Decedent was found unconscious by his neighbors in his home.…
