Chandler Mack appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial following his convictions for rape, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Mack argues that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions for rape and aggravated assault, and that the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the crime of pointing a firearm as a lesser included offense of aggravated assault.
