|, This is a suit for wrongful seizure damages. The plaintiff, Dr. Pamela Stamps Mitchell (“Dr. Mitchell”), 1 appeals the judgment of the trial court granting the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”), and dismissing all the parties. We find the underlying executory proceedings were properly commenced by the holder of the mortgage note, Washington Mutual Bank (“WMB”).
