Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Pike Circuit Court, in a case between contestants and contestees of a local option election, held in Pike County on the 15th day of May, 1915. This election resulted, according to the returns made by the officers of the election, in 4686 rotes being cast in favor of prohibiting by law the sale, barter, or loan of spirituous vinous, or malt liquors, in Pike County, and 553 votes against prohibiting the sale, barter, or loan of such liquors.
