These are motions by Frank C. Eichhorn and Hannah McCormack, respectively, for orders directing the city chamberlain to pay back to them certain moneys deposited by them in lieu of an undertaking for jail liberties to the defendant. The plaintiff makes a cross motion for an order directing the city chamberlain to pay to the plaintiff so much of the said moneys on deposit as will satisfy the plaintiff’s judgment.

On February 1, 1921, the plaintiff recovered judgment against the defendant, in an action for the conversion of personal property, *776in the sum of $168. No order of arrest was granted…
