INTRODUCTION

Defendant Steven Lurus’ Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) comes before the Court in response to Plaintiffs’ sexual harassment claims 1 brought under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a) (1988), and the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 1981a (Supp. IV1988), and their wrongful discharge claims under common law.
