This case presents error from the district court of Craig county. The defendant in error the Straus Company, a corporation, plaintiff below, on the 5th day of May, 1923, sued P. B. Ba-shaw and B. C. King, doing business under the name of Bashaw & King Harness Company, and the plaintiff in error, D. L.
