“The plaintiff, the owner of two newsstands and bookstores in Baltimore, asks that the Crime Comic Books Act of Maryland (Code, 1957, Article 27, Sections 420-425, as amended by Chapter 197 of the Acts of 1959) be declared unconstitutional and that the defendants, charged with the enforcement of the criminal laws of this State in the City of Baltimore, be enjoined from enforcing that act.
