Plaintiff-Appellant/Cross-Appellee Willie Meche (“Meche”) filed this action seeking maintenance and cure and damages under the' Jones Act and general maritime law against his former employer, Defendant-Appellee/Cross-Appellant Key Marine Services, L.L.C. (“Key”), and his former supervisor, Defendant-Appellee/Cross-Appellant Alex Doucet (“Doucet”).
