DAVIS, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege and granting a temporary injunction. Plaintiff, Fidelity Union Life Insurance Company, sued Defendant, Richard Harvey McGinn, on a contract that was entered into on or about June 23, 1970, whereby Defendant agreed to sell life insurance to seniors or senior graduates at College Station, Bryan, Texas.
