GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant Noe Lopez-Gonzalez (Lopez-Gonzalez) was convicted, on a conditional plea of guilty under Rule 11(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, of possession of more than one hundred kilograms of marihuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B). In this appeal from his conviction, Lopez-Gonzalez challenges only the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence, contending that the evidence in question was the result of an illegal search. We affirm.
