PALLADINO, Judge.
Police Association of Falls Township (Association) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) which granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of Falls Township (Township) and intervener, Wynne Cloud (Cloud) in an action to vacate an Act 111 arbitration award.1
