The New York Criminal Bar Association and individual petitioner Anastasios Sarikas, a member of the Assigned Counsel Plan of the City of New York, move for leave to intervene in this proceeding as party petitioners pursuant to CPLR 1012 and 7802 and to amend the caption to set forth the names of the intervenors-petitioners.
