MAYER, Circuit Judge.
OPINION
Overall Roofing & Construction Inc., appeals the judgment of the United States Claims Court dismissing its complaint without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. 20 Cl.Ct. 181 (1990). We affirm.
Background
Overall was awarded a roof repair contract at the Naval Air Station, Key West, Florida, in September of 1987, but as work proceeded the government became dissatisfied with the structural integrity of several roofs and demanded their removal and reconstruction.
