I. INTRODUCTION
This is the latest chapter of the long and complicated litigation history between Robert Haft (“plaintiff’) and several of the companies controlled by his family: Dart Corporation (“Dart”), Crown Books Corporation (“Crown”), and Trak Auto Corporation (“Trak”).
