Plaintiff, Marshall Savings and Loan Association, appeals from a declaratory judgment order entered in favor of Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC) and against Marshall Savings and Loan Association (Marshall). Marshall originally appealed to the Supreme Court and that Court transferred the matter to this court.
