There are three motions presently before the Court: (1) the motion of the defendant Samuel L. Boyd (“Boyd”) to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; (2) the motion of the plaintiff, Codapro Corporation (“Codapro” or the “plaintiff”) to remand the case to New York State Supreme Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c); and (3) Boyd’s conditional motion for additional discovery on the plaintiffs remand motion, in the event the Court is inclined to grant it.…
