This is another of the many eases which have been before the courts recently involving a consideration of certain important provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.

The petitioner attacks the validity of a liquor license issued by the State Liquor Authority to the respondent covering premises 601 West 135th Street, in the borough of Manhattan, city of New York.
