Souza v. O'HARA

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court denying Antonio J. Souza, Jr., and Kathleen J. O’Dowd’s petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the Registrar of Vital Statistics, the defendant herein, to record an alleged common-law marriage.
