William Randolph Campbell, petitioner, is appealing the denial of his petition for Post-Conviction Relief in which he claims incompetent counsel and prejudicial conduct on the part of the original trial court.

*434We affirm.

On May 27, 1968, petitioner was found guilty of First Degree Burglary and sentenced to the Indiana Reformatory for a period of ten to twenty years.1 He filed his first petition for Post-Conviction Relief on February 4, 1972.
