The plaintiff insurance company seeks a judgment declaring that a policy of insurance issued by it to the defendants Hudson Properties, Inc., Samuel Parnés doing business as Park Realty Co., Marvin L. Goidell and Joseph Dubowsky doing business as Dumar Management Co., provides no coverage for certain losses which occurred on January 20, 1957.
