OPINION

Defendant, Robert G. McDonough, was charged in the circuit court of Jersey County with driving under the influence of alcohol (625 ILCS 5/11 — 501(a)(2) (West 2008)). Defendant filed a motion to suppress evidence and quash arrest. The circuit court granted defendant’s motion and subsequently rescinded the statutory summary suspension of his driver’s license.
