OPINION
RANDALL, Judge.
The district court granted summary judgment to respondent holding that no contract for life insurance was in existence at the time of the applicant’s death. We affirm.
FACTS
The material facts are not in dispute. On October 24, 1994, Dr. Gerald L. Heideman completed an application for group term life insurance through respondent, Northwestern National Life Insurance Company (NWNL).
