Carl H. Greeno appeals from a denial of a conditional release from the Department of Mental Health (“department”), pursuant to section 552.040.12, RSMo 2000. In a hearing for a conditional release, due process does not require a specific ■ written finding that the applicant suffers from a mental disease or defect. Without a request pursuant to Rule 73.01(c), such a finding shall be considered as having been made in accordance with the result reached.
