MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
on the Debtor’s Motion to Avoid Lien and on Chittenden Bank’s Objection to Debt- or’s Claim of Exempt Property

On July 6, 2002, the Debtor filed a Motion to Avoid Lien Impairing Debtor’s Homestead Exemption (doc. # 5). On July 15, 2002, Creditor Chittenden Bank (hereinafter, “the Bank”) filed both an Objection to Motion to Avoid Lien (doc. # 10) and an Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exempt Property (doc. # 9).
