ELLINGTON, Presiding Judge.

SP5 Atlantic Retail Ventures (“SP5”) filed this action in the Superior Court of Fulton County against its tenant, The Dolce Group Atlanta, LLC (“Dolce”), and three guarantors, including Shereen Arazm Koules, for rent and other charges associated with two commercial leases. After Dolce defaulted, SP5 filed a motion for summary judgment against Koules and the other guarantors. After a hearing, the trial court granted SP5’s motion as to Koules.
