In this appeal, we review two district court orders: one granting a preliminary injunction to enforce restrictive provisions in a consulting agreement (the Agreement) and to prevent likely violations of Nevada’s Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and the other refusing to dissolve that preliminary injunction after the Agreement had been terminated.
