MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court is the Limited Objection of IRS to Motion and Notice of Intention to Sell Debtor’s [sic] Homestead (305 Canyon Creek Trial, Fort Worth, TX) Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims, and Encumbrances (docket no.1 136, the “Objection to Motion to Sell”).
