MICKLE, Judge.
This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a final judgment entered following a jury trial in an action arising from monies invested in a business venture. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
The relevant facts reflect that in 1987, Jerry Fletcher (Fletcher), Donald Tucker (Tucker) and Ward Rodgers (Rodgers) formed Bayland Fisheries Corporation (Bay-land Fisheries) for the purpose of raising and harvesting fish.
