for the court:

¶ 1. This is a breach of contract case. The record shows that the parties entered into an agreement to allow the appellee, Kim Thompson, possession of two mares until each mare’s foal was born and weaned. Once the foals were weaned, the mares would be returned to Carmen Herb-randson, the appellant. After a disagreement between the parties concerning possession of the horses, Herbrandson asked the Leake County Circuit Court to grant her possession of the mares, plus attorney’s fees and costs.
