After 10 days of trial, defendants were found guilty by a jury of both conspiracy to violate, and the actual violation' of section 415 of The Penal Code of June 24, 1939, P. L. 872, 18 PS §4415. Although'motions for a new trial were presented by defendants, these have been withdrawn, defendants conceding that the trial was error free. Defendants also agree that if the statute under which they were convicted is valid, their convictions were proper.
