The plaintiffs, B. A. Yates and wife, Wilhemina Yates, appearing individually and as the representatives of their minor child, bring this action to recover damages- alleged to have been sustained by them and by-the child'as the result of injuries süffered by the child through the alleged negligence of the defendants.
