The George W. Muller Bank Fixture Company brought suit against the Georgia State Savings Association, the owner of the property, and E. Morgan, its contractor, to foreclose its lien as a materialman. The petition alleged, that the savings association was the owner of a certain described lot of land, and as such employed E.
