OPINION
Defendant, Levell Taylor, petitioned the circuit court of Cook County for postconviction relief pursuant to the Post-Conviction Hearing Act (725 ILCS 5/122 — 1 et seq. (West 2000)). Following an evidentiary hearing, the circuit court denied defendant’s petition. The appellate court affirmed. No. 1 — 06—0938 (unpublished order under Supreme Court Rule 23).
