These are appeals and cross appeals from an order entered February 28,1964. Plaintiff, the Chase Manhattan Bank (herein Chase) appeals from so much of the order as denied its motion for summary judgment against defendant lino Kaiun Kaisha, Ltd. (herein lino), and lino cross-appeals from that part of the order which denied its motion for summary judgment against Chase and alternatively for judgment over against its codefendant, the Nissho Pacific Corporation (herein Nissho).
