SACHS, District Judge.

This debt collection case filed against numerous defendants has been disposed of without trial, except as to defendants Dr. Chelton S. Feeny, Balanced Security Corporation of America (“Balanced Security”) and I.F.S. Incorporated (“IFS”). Plaintiffs claims as to the named defendants were tried to the court on February 13, 1989. Counsel for IFS was permitted to withdraw and IFS appears pro se, with the understanding that it has no funds to defend itself.
