¶1 Marie Felton appeals from the District Court’s Memorandum and Order filed August 25,2014. We reverse.

¶2 We re-state the issue on appeal as follows:

¶3 Whether the District Corat properly dismissed Felton’s objection to forfeiture proceedings concerning her interest in a Hummer automobile.

BACKGROUND
