—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court erred in granting defendant’s application to modify the child support provisions of the parties’ stipulation that was incorporated into but not merged with the judgment of divorce. Defendant sought an order directing plaintiff to pay child support.
