Action for damages for personal injuries sustained and diseases contracted by plaintiff on account of alleged negligence of defendant. The petition charged a violation of the several occupational disease statutes and alleged that, as a result of such violation, plaintiff contracted fibrosis of the lungs and enlargement of the heart from the inhalation of harmful quantities of hydrogen sulphide gas.
