Defendant Frank DiTomasso appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Valerie E. Caproni, Judge , convicting him, following a jury trial before then- Judge Shira A. Scheindlin, of producing child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2251 (a) and (e), and of transporting and distributing child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252A(a)(1) and (a)(2)(B).
