MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, District Judge:
Plaintiff Shaul Ladany was a member of the Israeli Olympic team which participated in the September, 1972 Olympic games at Munich, Germany. The team was victimized by the murderous “Black September” terrorist attack. Defendant Serge Groussard, a French journalist, wrote a book about the attack. 1 It was published in France under the title “La Medaille de Sang.” Defendant William Morrow & Company, Inc.
