Brenda Brown, a former part-time police officer for the Town of Allenstown, has brought this action against the Town of Allenstown (“Allenstown”); Gabriel Daneault, Donald Chaput, and Gerald Bourcier, Selectmen for Allenstown at the time the alleged events took place; and Paul Hill, a former police officer for Allenstown, alleging employment discrimination, violation of her civil rights under color of state law, and various state law claims sounding in tort.
